This is concept art for a new project of mine. I'm going for '80s anime throwback without really knowing what that entails, except for a vague image of a pink-haired broad floating around my memory from childhood. The idea is she's this totally empowered, strong-willed female protagonist, but if that were the case, wouldn't her arms be proportioned correctly?
